Terms & Conditions – Fiji 6-Night Immersion
 

1. Agreement

By booking and paying for the Fiji 6-Night Immersion, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions with Andrea Gullick ABN- 82 711 735 470.
 

2. Booking & Payment​

• Final payment is due no later than May 8th, 2026. If payment is not received by this date, your booking may be cancelled without refund.

• Bookings are non-transferable unless approved in writing by the Organiser.
   

3. Inclusions & Exclusions

Inclusions: Accommodation, meals as specified, immersion activities and facilitation, airport transfers + all transportation required during immersion
Exclusions: Flights to and from Fiji, travel insurance, optional activities, personal expenses, medical costs, and any meals/drinks not explicitly listed as included.
 

4. Travel & Health Requirements

• Participants are responsible for arranging their own flights, visas, passports, vaccinations, and any health or entry requirements for Fiji.

• You confirm that you are in good physical and mental health to participate in immersion activities, and you agree to disclose any medical or psychological conditions that may impact your participation.

• The Organiser reserves the right to refuse participation if it is deemed unsafe for you or others.
   

5. Insurance

• Comprehensive travel insurance (including medical cover, trip cancellation, and personal liability) is required. Proof of insurance may be requested.

• The Organiser is not liable for loss, theft, damage, injury, illness, or death that may occur during the immersion.
   

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

By Participant:

• You have a 7 day cooling off period from date of booking. You will be granted 100% refund minus admin fees if you cancel your booking in this time frame.

• After 7 days, 100% refund minus admin fees is dependant on your spot being booked by another participant. 

• You agree to pay in full if you cancel and your place is not rebooked.

By Organiser:

• If the Organiser cancels the immersion due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disaster, political instability, insufficient participant numbers), a full refund of fees paid will be issued.

• The Organiser is not responsible for any additional costs incurred (e.g., flights, insurance, personal expenses).

• If cancellation is due to circumstances beyond the Organiser’s control (e.g., government restrictions, border closures, pandemics, acts of God), refunds will be limited to funds recoverable from suppliers. Participants are strongly advised to claim through their travel insurance.

7. Changes to Itinerary

• The Organiser reserves the right to make changes to the schedule, activities, accommodation, or facilitators due to weather, safety, availability, or any other circumstances beyond their control. No refunds will be given for such changes.

8. Participant Conduct

• You agree to respect the local culture, property, other participants, and immersion staff.

• The Organiser reserves the right to remove any participant from the immersion without refund if their behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.

9. Liability Waiver

By attending the immersion, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Participation involves risks, including but not limited to physical activity, outdoor activities, and travel risks.

• You voluntarily assume all risks related to participation.

• The Organiser and partners are not liable for any loss, injury, accident, illness, delay, or damage to you or your property.

10. Media Release

• By attending, you consent to photos, video, and audio recordings being taken and used for promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing prior to the immersion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
