About the event

We all move through the world with a unique inner rhythm, ways we think, feel, and act, that shape how we handle stress, connect with others, and move through daily life. Yet, often we don't truly know why we operate the way we do, or how to shift into a more balanced version of ourselves.

In this powerful 2-hour introductory workshop, you'll discover:

  • Why you think, feel, and respond the way you do.

  • The core motivations driving your behaviour.

  • The gifts you've overlooked and the protective patterns that keep you stuck.

  • Practical insights to help you respond with greater awareness, freedom, and choice.

Whether you're feeling stuck, navigating change, or simply curious about who you are beneath the roles you've been playing, this workshop will give you a fresh perspective on yourself and those around you.

You can't change what you can't see. Self-awareness changes everything.

Join me for an engaging, practical and thought-provoking introduction to the Enneagram, and take the first step towards creating your future instead of unconsciously repeating your past.

Why This Space?

My spaces open up an opportunity to understand yourself, to recognise the nuances and gifts of who you are.

It also brings an opportunity to  recognise what someone else's behaviour means to them, not just what it means to us.

The Shift is a space to move closer to the truth of our human-ness with curiosity and compassion and see all that there is to celebrate.
