About
Details~ When: 19th April, 2026 Time: 9-10:30am AEST Where: Zoom (Link sent after Registration) We all move through the world with a unique inner rhythm, ways we think, feel, and act that shape how we handle stress, connect with others, and move through daily life. Yet, often we don't truly know why we operate the way we do, or how to shift into a more balanced version of ourselves. This webinar is an engaging introduction into the three intelligence centres we process life through: Head, Heart, and Body and how relying on only our dominant centre can influences our habits and reactions and lead to stress and overwhelm. You will learn accessible practices to engage all three centres so you can: ~ feel more grounded in your body ~ stay emotionally steady ~ think clearly under pressure ~ take appropriate action We’ll also explore your instinctive conflict style. Through the Enneagram lens, you’ll discover your default pattern (Compliant, Withdraw, Assertive) and begin to navigate tension with more awareness, choice and compassion for yourself and others. By the end of the 90min, you’ll have: ~ a clear understanding of your dominant centre ~ practical tools to regulate your inner world ~ insight into your conflict style and how to shift it ~ a deeper sense of self‑awareness ~ simple practices to bring more balance into your daily life ~ a kinder, more spacious understanding of why you do what you do This workshop is designed to feel light but curious, not heavy theory, not pressure to “fix." Just a supportive space to explore your inner landscape and walk away with tools you can use immediately. Regulating Your Inner World is all about working with your natural wiring instead of against it! Inclusions: 90min Webinar (access to recording) Workbook Guided Visualisation Recordings
